In 2025, OORT solidified its position as the world’s largest decentralized data collection platform, scaling to over 350,000 contributors and achieving front-page recognition on Google's Kaggle. By merging edge AI hardware like Deimos II with strategic ecosystem partnerships, we have successfully transformed raw global data into a high-standard, liquid asset for the future of AI.

Massive Expansion: The Power of 350,000+

OORT DataHub exploded this year, surpassing 350,000 registered contributors across 130 countries. By integrating with the Binance Web3 Wallet, OKX Wallet, Bitget Wallet and other web3 wallets, OORT gained access to a pool of 486 million users, rapidly becoming the world's largest decentralized data collection platform.

Infrastructure: Deimos II & Edge AI

The launch of Deimos II marked a transition from simple storage to active "Edge AI." Unlike its predecessor, Deimos II is a personal mini-data center capable of running on-device LLM inference.

Governance: Quality & Trust

To handle this massive scale, OORT introduced the DataHub Penalty Policy and the Open Validation Framework (OVF).

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we enter 2026, the focus shifts to DataHub Launchpad (the "TikTok for Data") The goal is simple: to make "DeAI = OORT" a global household name. In 2026, OORT will transition into a global Decentralized AI powerhouse by scaling to 1 million verified users and 150,000 active Deimos II nodes capable of privacy-first, local AI inference. By implementing advanced Layer-1 upgrades like Parallel Execution and Zero-Knowledge Proofs, OORT will evolve into a high-speed "Data-as-a-Service" engine. This ecosystem will ultimately bridge the gap between ethical data collection and global liquidity, allowing OORT-verified datasets to be traded across major platforms like Snowflake and Kaggle.

"Data will be the bottleneck for AI, and the infrastructure to collect and verify it must be decentralized." –  Dr. Max Li, CEO of OORT.
