After 18 months since our Token Generation Event (TGE), the OORT ecosystem has grown significantly—with strong token liquidity and a more diverse, decentralized staking infrastructure.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance tokenomics and align staking with real ecosystem utility, we are officially winding down the OORT Earn staking platform, effective immediately.

What’s Changing

• Effective Now: The deposit function on the OORT Earn platform frontend will be disabled. Any new deposits made directly to the OORT Earn smart contract will not accrue interest.
• Interest Cut-Off Date: Interest rewards will continue at your original staking rate until Sep 30, 2025, after which all tokens will be automatically unstaked. If you choose to unstake before this date, you’ll receive rewards based on the daily rate (5% APY).
• Final Wind-Down: Full platform closure scheduled for Dec 31, 2025. Stakers must withdraw all tokens before this date. After that, the platform will be fully shut down.

New Opportunities to Stake & Contribute

We’re introducing a range of ecosystem-integrated staking options that not only provide rewards, but also contribute directly to OORT’s long-term growth and decentralization:

1. OORT DataHub High-Tier Staking

Stake directly in OORT DataHub and level up to access exclusive benefits, premium tasks, and enhanced reward multipliers while contributing to our AI data collection network.

2. DEX Liquidity Provision

Provide liquidity to OORT trading pairs on decentralized exchanges and earn trading fees while supporting token liquidity.

3. Mainnet Witness Participation

Become a validator witness on the Olympus Protocol mainnet, contributing to network security while earning validation rewards.

4. Deimos II Mining Bonding Pool (Coming Soon in Q3, 2025)
