We provide two distinct pathways for onboarding both Web2 and Web3 IoT projects :

• Token Utility & Ecosystem Integration: Describe your token utility and how $OORT will function within your device's native app or internal ecosystem to drive utility.
• Data Quality & Verification: How do you ensure data authenticity and prevent fake data uploads? How to validate the data?

Who it’s for: Established Web2 IoT firms (e.g., smart city sensors, logistics fleets, industrial monitoring).

• Reward Mechanism: OORT Community members stake $OORT to "bond" for an enterprise project. Describe how you design the service fee payment (e.g., the revenue share on data monetization) in fiat for data storage, processing and monetization. A portion of this service fee will be funneled back to $OORT stakers as a "Service Dividend."
• Data Quality & Verification: How do you ensure data authenticity and prevent fake data uploads? How to validate the data? 

IV. The "Subnet Fueling" Model: Power to the Community

We introduce the Vault System, a direct link between project success and community rewards:

• Alpha Vaults (High Growth): Stake $OORT to "fuel" a startup subnet. Receive rewards in Alpha Tokens, capturing the upside of early-stage DePIN projects.
• Enterprise Vaults (Real Yield): Stake $OORT to "bond" for industrial projects. Receive $OORT Yield backed by real-world corporate service fees.
• Governance & Staking Threshold: Projects don't just "join"—they are "funded" by the community. A project only goes live once the community stakes a threshold (e.g., 5M $OORT), ensuring the community only supports high-quality, high-demand projects. All Vaults are governed by audited smart contracts. In the event of project non-compliance or failure to meet pre-defined milestones, the OORT Community retains the right via Governance Vote to trigger a capital return protocol, ensuring the safety of the staked principal.

V. Governance and onboarding: The People’s Choice

To ensure the transparency and true decentralization, every project must pass the OORT Governance as follows:

1. Submission: Choose your track (Alpha or Enterprise), and submit the proposal form. Proposals are submitted to the OORT Governance Portal and made public (if necessary, some private information will not be disclosed).
2. Public Review: OORT foundation will select the qualified proposals and make public  for community discussion and scrutiny (if necessary, some private information will not be disclosed).
3. Community Vote: The acceptance of any proposal is determined solely by community voting on the OORT Governance Portal. If a project passes, it moves to the Genesis Staking Phase (Stake-to-Earn).
4. Genesis Staking: The community "funds" the launch by staking $OORT in the subnet vault. Once a certain threshold is reached (for example, 5M $OORT for at least 1 year), the project can officially start in the OORT ecosystem with full support from the OORT foundation. The threshold will be determined and adjusted by the community governance.
