OORT operates under strict contractual, legal, and compliance standards. Recent public statements by Titan Capital and certain associates have been false, misleading, and seriously damaging. We therefore consider it necessary to clarify the facts.

1. No Crowdfunding, Ever

OORT has never conducted any public crowdfunding or an unauthorized public token sale. Any “crowdfunding” activities carried out in OORT’s name are illegal and were not authorized, organized, or benefited from by OORT. All token allocations to Titan and other investors have been made strictly in accordance with signed investment agreements and our KYC/AML procedures. Titan has already received its full contractual token allocation. The only tokens temporarily on hold relate to an unresolved dispute between Titan and one of its own LPs; those tokens are being held in neutral status until Titan and the LP reach a clear, documented agreement and instruct OORT accordingly.

2. Titan Capital’s Recent Misconduct

Publicly distort facts, attempting to shift responsibility for their own potentially unlawful behavior onto OORT
Attack OORT’s co‑founder with personal insults, defamation, and baseless accusations
Use threats and pressure tactics, including demands for a huge amount of benefits, which constitute extortion rather than any legitimate commercial claim

These actions have harmed OORT’s reputation, interfered with our business, and crossed the line from “dispute” into harassment and extortion.

3. OORT’s Response

OORT has engaged criminal counsel and issued formal legal notices to Titan and the individuals involved. We have reported the matter, with supporting evidence and detailed information of the relevant actors, to U.S. law‑enforcement (including the FBI) and to the consular authorities in Shanghai. We will continue to defend OORT, our team, and our partners against harassment, defamation, and extortion through all available legal remedies.

We're not going to stay quiet while our team and community get hit with baseless threats and extortion attempts. We're holding Titan Capital fully accountable for the damage this has caused — to our business, our team, and the trust you've placed in us — and we expect them to make it right, in full.

(中文) OORT 始终严格遵守合同约定、法律法规和合规标准开展业务。近期，Titan Capital 及其部分关联人员发布了一系列虚假、误导且严重损害 OORT 声誉的言论。我们有必要向社区、合作伙伴及公众澄清事实。

1. OORT从未进行任何形式的“众筹”

OORT 从未进行过任何形式的公众众筹或未授权的公开代币销售。任何以 OORT 名义进行的所谓“众筹”行为均属违法，且并非由 OORT 授权、组织或受益。

OORT 向 Titan 及其他投资人的所有代币分配，一直严格按照已签署的投资合同及我们的 KYC/AML 合规流程执行。Titan 已经收到其合同约定的全部代币份额。当前仅有一小部分代币处于“暂时冻结”状态，该部分仅涉及Titan 与其一位 LP 之间尚未解决的内部纠纷；在 Titan 与该 LP 达成明确、书面一致意见并向 OORT发出明确指示之前，这部分代币将由 OORT 以中立方式暂时保管。

2. Titan Capital 近期的不当行为

· 公开歪曲事实，试图将其自身可能涉及违法的行为嫁祸给 OORT；

· 对 OORT 联合创始人进行人身攻击、诽谤和毫无依据的指控；

· 以威胁和施压手段向 OORT 索要巨额利益，其本质是敲诈勒索，而非任何合法的商业主张。

上述行为已经对 OORT 的名誉造成严重损害，干扰了公司正常经营，并且明显已经超出“商务纠纷”范畴，已经触及敲诈勒索的刑事犯罪。

3. OORT 已采取的应对措施

OORT 已经聘请刑事律师，并向 Titan 实控人及涉及此事的相关人员发出正式法律通知。我们已将本事件及相关证据、涉事人员的详细信息报告给美国执法机关（包括 FBI），以及美国驻中国上海的领事机构。OORT 将继续通过一切合法途径，坚决维护公司、本团队及合作伙伴免受骚扰、诽谤和敲诈勒索的侵害。

OORT不会对团队与社区遭受的毫无根据的威胁和敲诈保持沉默。我们将追究Titan Capital对我们的业务、团队以及社区信任所造成损害的全部责任,并要求Titan全额弥补由此产生的损失。
