The past two weeks have been a big win for OORT, from our seamless integration with OKX Wallet to completing the Q2 token buyback and burn. These milestones strengthen our ecosystem, enhance utility, and deliver lasting value to our community.
Product Developments
- Q2 $OORT Buyback & Burn Completed! 4,000,000 OORT bought back via gate.io and burned on chain. As of 2025, a total of 6.771M $OORT has been burned this year, bringing the all-time burn to 15.847M $OORT, reinforcing our commitment to a healthy token economy.
- To strengthen OORT as the data cloud for decentralized AI, we're officially sunsetting Cold Storage and consolidating around Hot Storage as our real-time storage solution for community-contributed AI datasets. Make sure to download and back up your files before August 31, 2025.
Ecosystem Updates
- OORT is now integrated with OKX Wallet! OORT is bringing decentralized AI access to the vast Web3 community. You can now use OKX Wallet to seamlessly access OORT’s decentralized data cloud and earn rewards when you contribute to AI training on OORT.
- We’ve teamed up with our friends at ZORO for a joint campaign running August 4–11.
